Due to the nature of the majority of our products we cannot accept refunds unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If the refund request is due to a manufacturing fault we will most likely refer you to the items manufacturing source.

If you have bought a bespoke product or customised in any way, the item is non refundable. If the item is from one of our Queer Creatives we request that you approach the individual primarily before bringing the complaint to escalate it further.

If the unfortunate scenario does require a refund of some sort, do not send the item back to us without first emailing us and filling out the returns form which we will send you to then send with the faulty item.
